Meet The Artist

Emily Ward is a professional artist based in Tyne & Wear. Emily began painting local scenes from across North Tyneside.  Soon Emily Ward was painting the stunning castles of Northumberland and the iconic landmarks of the North East. 

Emily’s art portfolio has continued to expand over the years and she is very happy to create new artwork from around the country, adding to her ever growing product range.  Emily has been asked to paint local landmarks and scenes from all over the UK. From the Isle of Skye to Devon,  from Giant’s Causeway to Pembroke Castle, Emily has been happily painting away.

Emily can offer you the opportunity to own one of her art images, from coastline scenes to castles, cathedrals, landscapes and woodlands. Emily’s art gift range is available in a choice of beautiful products, from framed printed tiles to large canvases and kitchen splashbacks.  Artwork is available in limited edition prints, cushions, tiles with easels,  bone china cups, coasters, keyrings, packs of beautiful greeting cards and many more gift ranges.

You can order an art commission of your favourite landmark, local scene or a floral, beach or woodland scene of your choice and colours. An original painting makes an exceptional gift or can make a striking addition to your home. Emily offers you the chance to discuss your ideas with her, she will advise you on colours, the style and the whole process.

Emily achieved BA(Hons) in Art and taught art in the community for 25 years. She rediscovered painting herself after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010.

Emily is renowned for her charity work. Her original paintings have been auctioned raising thousands of pounds for charities.

Emily works with a range of materials, from watercolours and pastels to acrylic and charcoal, on both canvas and paper.
