ORDERING
We hope you find the ordering process easy to navigate. Please just add what you like to your cart and when you have finished shopping proceed to the checkout. You will receive an email to say your order has been received, a further one to say we are processing your order and a third email to let you know we have shipped your order. Very occasionally we may be out of stock of a particular item, but we will be in touch to advise you of a date when we will have it in stock or to arrange a suitable alternative.
We like to process and dispatch orders as soon as possible, but depending on the time of year and circumstances such as covid we may take a little longer to process your order.
COLLECTION OF ORDERS
We offer the option for you to collect your order from Emily's art studio by appointment. If you are local and collecting your order could we please kindly ask that you park directly outside of the studio as it is located in a private residential street.

Any discount codes offered are for use at https://www.emilywardart.com/ online shop and can not be redeemed at any other retailer or retail outlet. The discount will apply to the specified items only and product cost and will not be applied to shipping costs, VAT or any other additional costs incurred. Voucher codes do not hold any cash value and can not be exchanged for any other item.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If we accidentally shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to info@emilywardart.com . Please include in the email: your order number, name, contact info and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will be in touch as soon as possible to arrange a replacement. Please send your request within 30 days of receipt. Your request will be processed within 48 hours.
Other Returns:
You should notify us within 14 days of receiving your delivery that you intend to return your order.
To return an item, please pack them in the original box You may also inform us of your intent to return an item via letter by post or e-mail. Please include your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as your order number, the shipping ID and/or item number. Please include a brief description of the reason for the return.
Please be aware that you are obligated to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. If you are returning an item that is not normally capable of being returned by post, you are still responsible for the cost of returning the item.

REFUND PAYMENTS
Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees due to the refund. We withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
EXCHANGES
If your item arrived in good condition, but you would like to exchange it for a product in a different size or for a different item, please email info@emilywardart.com to organise an exchange.
