Bamburgh Castle Poppies framed ceramic tile is a gorgeous painting by local North East artist Emily Ward. Perfectly capturing the beauty of the Northumbrian castle, Emily used warm purple shades for the sky to contrast. The beige stone-like colours of the castle are also complimented by the deep red poppies beneath it.
This framed ceramic tile would add colour and warmth to any wall of your home. To view this framed tile and many other of Emily’s stunning North East paintings, view HERE.
About Bamburgh Castle
Bamburgh Castle stands proudly over the village of Bamburgh as one of the many Northumberland castles in the North East. It has a vast history and has stood guard over the coast for over 1400 years.
Today, visitors can enjoy the gorgeous views of the Farne Islands and Holy Islands as well as the castle’s history. Bamburgh Castle is also recognised as England’s finest coastal fortress, as well as a Grade I listed building.
Ceramic Framed Tile
Each Framed Tile is hand finished by North East Artist Emily Ward. So although your ceramic framed tile is actually a print, no two tiles are identical. Emily hand finishes the tiles by adding extra paint to the ceramic tile.
The framed tile appears as if it is floating inside the frame.
Frames are available in White and Black Frames.
Each frame is 27 x 27 x 5cm
Colours may vary as each tile is printed individually.
