Berwick Lighthouse framed ceramic tile has been produced from an original painting by Newcastle artist Emily Ward. The ceramic tile has been printed and hand pressed locally in Emily's studio.
Sea spray splashes over this landmark red and white lighthouse at the mouth of the River Tweed. Emily has created a calming background with a gentle pink hazy sky. There is a hint of purple rippling through the North Sea.
This would make a lovely art gift for anyone.

Berwick Lighthouse
Berwick-upon-Tweed Pier and Lighthouse is at the mouth of the River Tweed in the historical town of Berwick. The view from the pier provides stunning views of the Northumberland coast.
The lighthouse was built in the 19th century and is situated at the end of the stone pier. It is just over a mile from the town centre and it takes about 25-30 minutes to amble along.
Ceramic Framed Tile
Each Framed Tile is hand finished by North East Artist Emily Ward. So although your ceramic framed tile is actually a print, no two tiles are identical. Emily hand finishes the tiles by adding extra paint to the ceramic tile.
The framed tile appears as if it is floating inside the frame.
Frames are available in White and Black Frames.
Each frame is 27 x 27 x 5cm
Colours may vary as each tile is printed individually.
