Berwick Lighthouse
The iconic red and white lighthouse is situated at the end of the stone pier in Berwick upon Tweed. The most northerly town in North East, the walk along the pier provides stunning views of the Northumberland coastline.
Walk commenced on the pier in 1810 and the foundation stone for Berwick Lighthouse
was laid in 1826. The pier and houselights became a Grade II listed building in 1971.
