The Bothie
Portrayed as the romantic area of Scotland, The Highlands are home to many local bothies. Bothies
are basic dwellings usually made of stone and wood and are free to take shelter in. Usually found next to walking trails and in unspoilt areas, they certainly add to the character of landscape.
