Bothie View The Highlands limited edition print has been created from an original painting by Emily Ward, a local North East artist. Emily has transferred her delightful painting onto a print inside a mount ready for you to frame.
Emily has painted this rustic bothie by the side of a loch nestled amongst the unspoilt dramatic landscape of the Scottish Highlands. The rich colours of the highland mountains are strewn with purples and peeping through the glens you can see the sage green hills on the horizon.
The loch glistens with purples gently rippling up onto the shoreside which is full of wild heather growing around this little rustic bothie.

The Bothie
Bothies
can be found throughout Scotland and are usually in unspoilt areas close to walking trails and national parks. These are usually free to stay in and offer basic shelter to some of the hundreds of walkers who pass by.
Limited Edition Print
Signed, titled and Numbered by the artist and are limited to a print run of 195.
Each print comes with an antique white mount ready to slip into a standard sized 40x50cm frame.
