Brig o'Doon Canvas Print
Brig o'Doon canvas print has been produced from an original piece of art work by North East artist Emily Ward. Emily was asked to commission this iconic cobbled bridge for a client to remind her of home.
Emily's canvas print of Brig O'Doon is awash with colour, from the warming purples of the sky to the richness of the blue of the River Doon.
Beautiful pink flowers grow wildly to the side of this medieval bridge.

Brig o'Doon also referred to as the Old Bridge of Doon or Auld Brig is situated in Alloway in Ayrshire, Scotland. This late medieval cobbled bridge crosses the River Doon and provided the setting for one of Robert Burns most famous works, Tam O'Shanter.
Tam O'Shanter raced on horseback over the Brig o'Doon fleeing from witches and warlocks who as legends says are not allowed to cross water.
This landmark has it's narrow arched bridge featured on a Scottish £5 note.
