Buttermere Lake painting is one of many Lake District paintings by Emily Ward.

Buttermere Lake is a Lake in the Lake District in Cumbria on the North West of England. It is located next to the village of Buttermere hence the name. Buttermere is actually owned by the National Trust.

Buttermere is a popular tourist attraction and attracts tourists from around the world.
