Cheddar Gorge limited edition print has been produced from original artwork by Emily Ward, an artist from Newcastle. This delightful art print is also available framed.
Sunlight streams in abundance over the weathered crags of the Cheddar Gorge in Emily's art limited edition print. The joyful yellows of the sun blend into warming oranges and reds that fill the sky above the ancient gorge.
A pink glow covers the impressive pinnacles of the rugged landscape. The steep grassy verges are speckled with a pop of colour from Emily's characteristic splashes of paint.

Cheddar Gorge
is one of Britain's most spectacular natural landmarks, and is also a Site of Special Scientific Interest and part of the newly formed Mendip Hills National Landscape.
The gorge was formed by meltwater floods during the cold periglacial period which occurred over the last 1.2 million years. It was during the ice ages that permafrost blocked the caves with ice and frozen mud which made the limestone impermeable. When this melted during the summers, water was forced to flow on the surface, and carved out the gorge.
The Cheddar Yeo River gradually made its way underground, and this created the famous Cheddar Caves.
