Corbiere Lighthouse Coaster
Corbiere Lighthouse Coaster
Corbiere Lighthouse coaster by artist Emily Ward has been hand pressed locally onto a FSC rated hardbacked coaster. The coaster has been produced from original art by Emily.
Corbiere Lighthouse stands tall and white on top of the rugged rocks of the Jersey coastline on Emily’s art coaster. The sky has been painted in shades of purple and lavender adding an air of mystery to the striking white lighthouse.
Emily’s combination of vivid colours and dynamic textures makes the lighthouse appear resilient against the wild elements, emphasizing its role as a guiding beacon.
The sea glimmers with the purple hues of the sky underneath the sea spray that dots this art gift.

Corbiere Lighthouse
Corbiere Lighthouse was built in 1873 and towers over the dramatic coastline of the most south-westerly point on the Island of Jersey. The lighthouse is one of the most photographed landmarks in Jersey and is a great place to watch the lovely sunsets and the rough waters of the Atlantic.
Corbiere Lighthouse in St Brelade can be reached via a causeway that passes through small beaches and rock pools during low tide. The lighthouse tower is 19m high and the lamp stands 36m above high water.
Since 1976, there has been no lighthouse keeper, as the light now runs automatically. The lighthouse was the first to be built using concreate in the British Isles.
