Armstrong Bridge canvas print has been created by local North East artist Emily Ward. Emily has used her personal unique floral touches to bring a different look to Armstrong Bridge.
This iron bridge is standing proud against a colourful backdrop of pinks and purples. Bright pink, purple and yellow flowers surrounding the bridge which really add that colourful feel. Emily's hand finished splashes over the canvas give an individual look to each canvas.

Armstrong Bridge was presented to Newcastle citizens by Sir William George Armstrong in 1878. The bridge
, originally a high level road over Jesmond Dene and the River Ouseburn, is now a pedestrian bridge.
An arts and craft fair is held most Sundays on the bridge.
