Northumberlandia Canvas Print was an original painting by local North east artist Emily Ward. Commissioned as a six foot high and three foot wide painting by Northumberlandia in 2020. This stunning artwork now has pride of place in the visitor cafe.
Emily’s trademark delicate flowers that border her picture throw warmth and an upbeat feel to this canvas. The various hints of green shading cast depth over “The Lady of the North” as this sculpture is otherwise known.
About Northumberlandia
Artist Charles Jencks created this huge land sculpture which is 100 feet high and a quarter of a mile long. The unique Northumberlandia
sculpture is made from 1.5 million tonnes of earth and lies in a community park in Cramlington in Northumberland.

Each Canvas Print is hand finished by North East Artist Emily Ward. So although your canvas is actually a print no two prints are identical. Emily hand finishes the canvas prints by adding extra paint to the print.

The canvas is mounted on a wooden frame. The wooden frame is approximately 2cm deep so will fit snugly against any wall.
Canvases are available in various sizes. Each size can be chosen above on the website.
