The Five Arches are in the medieval town of Tenby in south west Wales. Originally built as a defensive structure which dates back to the 13th century. They are regarded as being the most important surviving medieval walls in Britain. They are Grade I listed.
Tenby is a harbour town and resort in Pembrokeshire. It is known for its 13th-century town walls and lovely stretches of sandy shoreline. The iconic row of pastel coloured houses line the harbour side.
The ruins of Tenby Castle are on a headland overlooking the harbour.
