The Forth Rail Bridge spans the Firth of Forth linking Fife with Edinburgh.
The Forth Bridge was opened in 1890 after 7 years of construction work. The overall length of the bridge is 2,467 meters and the highest point on the bridge is 110 metres above the water.
It took 53,000 tonnes of steel and 6.5million rivets to construct the Forth Rail Bridge.
