Gisborough Priory canvas art print is from original art by local North East artist Emily Ward. Emily has given these distinctive priory ruins in North Yorkshire a sprinkling of colour.
A field of pretty little pink and yellow flowers mixed with Emily's colourful splashes of paint entice you to walk towards these impressive Gothic ruins.
Shimmers of lilac float through the skyline giving a warming glow to the medieval stonework.

Gisborough Priory in the town of Guisborough, North Yorkshire was founded in about 1119. It was one of the first Augustinian priories to be built in England.
With over 900 years of history, Gisborough was founded by the Bruce family who were ancestors of Robert the Bruce, King of Scotland.
The ruins are dominated by the impressive skeleton of the 14th century church's east end, an outstanding example of early Gothic architecture.
Each Canvas Print is hand finished by North East Artist Emily Ward. So although your canvas is actually a print no two prints are identical. Emily hand finishes the canvas prints by adding extra paint to the print.
