Hadrian's Wall framed ceramic tile has been designed from original artwork by North East artist Emily Ward. All ceramic tiles are printed and hand pressed in Emily's art studio, where she hand finishes every tile.
The Roman Wall twists and snakes passed the rocky crag over the vibrant greens of the stunning countryside of Northumberland on Emily's art wall decoration.
The remains of the ancient watch tower and small fort have been speckled with bright yellows and red splashes of paint.
Emily's hand pressed ceramic tile is available in a white or black frame and would make a lovely addition to any wall.

Hadrian’s Wall in the North of England runs through the three counties of Tyne and Wear, Northumberland and Cumbria. It stretches from Segedunum in Wallsend to Bowness on Solway and is 73 miles long.
The ancient stone wall was built under the command of Emperor Hadrian. He traveled extensively throughout Europe looking to make improvements to its defenses and to consolidate the borders. Hadrian ordered the wall to be built in AD 122 and it took around 15,000 men six years to complete.
There is only about 10% of the original wall remaining today.
The visitor center at The Sill , National Landscape Discovery Museum is a perfect place to start exploring the stunning Northumberland National Park.
