Royal Baths, Harrogate
Harrogate was known as 'The English spa' in its heyday and was was popular with European high society. The Royal Baths are home to the Turkish Baths which were opened in 1897.
The fully restored Turkish Baths
has elegant features including arabesque painted ceilings, terrazzo floors and Islamic arches. Glazed vibrant brickwork adds to the beauty of the Royal Baths.
