Harrogate Royal Baths
The Victorian spa town of Harrogate in North Yorkshire is home to the Royal Baths. The baths have a rich history and attracted high society, Royals , Charles Dickens and Lord Bryon to name but a few.
Turkish Baths
were very popular in Victorian times, dating back to the 19th century. The Royal Baths in Harrogate are one of seven that exist today with only three remaining in England. These are the most fully restored and elaborate of the remaining Turkish baths.
