Hexham Abbey framed ceramic tile is from original artwork by Newcastle artist Emily Ward. The art tiles are printed and pressed locally in Emily's studio.
Emily has added her splash of colour to the impressive Hexham Abbey in Northumberland. An evening sky shimmers with greens and a little hint of pink over these early English Gothic abbey walls.
The abbey stands proud surrounded by a field of bright pink, yellow and blue pretty flowers on this art framed ceramic tile.
This would make a lovely art gift for anyone.

Hexham Abbey
Hexham Abbey dominates the landscape of the market town of Hexham in Northumberland. The Priory was founded by Bishop Wilfred in 674 A.D. The church largely dates from c.1170–1250 and was built in the Early English Gothic style of architecture.
Hexham Abbey is one of the most-visited free attractions in the North East and has a new visitor centre, an interactive exhibition, café, and shop.
Ceramic Framed Tile
Each Framed Tile is hand finished by North East Artist Emily Ward. So although your ceramic framed tile is actually a print, no two tiles are identical. Emily hand finishes the tiles by adding extra paint to the ceramic tile.
The framed tile appears as if it is floating inside the frame.
Frames are available in White and Black Frames.
Each frame is 27 x 27 x 5cm
Colours may vary as each tile is printed individually.
