Inner Farne Island Lighthouse Ceramic Tile with Easel
Inner Farne Island Lighthouse ceramic Tile with easel by North East artist Emily Ward would make a lovely keepsake. Warming purple tones fill the sky in Emily's painting of the white lighthouse, on the southern tip of Inner Farne.
The white sea spray from the choppy North Sea can be seen as it collides against the island of Inner Farne. Emily's use of deep greens, blues and purples to the sea and rock face give this ceramic tile a calming quality.
The Farne Islands are a group of islands off the coast of Northumberland. The Farne Islands have been home to numerous lighthouses over the years. Built in the early 19th century, this lighthouse stands on the southern tip of Inner Frane and still functions.
