is a lovely public park in Newcastle Upon Tyne. It is situated on a narrow steep-sided valley, with the River Ouesburn flowing south through it to the River Tyne.
Jesmond means 'mouth of the Ouseburn' and dene is what this type of valley is commonly known as.
