Lincoln Cathedral ceramic tile and easel is by Emily Ward, an artist from the North East. This art gift is printed and hand pressed locally in her studio near Newcastle.
The historic Lincoln Cathedral pops with colour on Emily’s limited edition art tile. Splashes of colour dot the Gothic Architecture enhancing the warming tones of the building.

Lincoln Cathedral
Lincoln Cathedral
is a Grade I listed building, the earliest parts of the existing building date back to 1072. It took 20 years to build and was severely damaged by an earthquake in 1185.
The cathedral was originally built in a Norman style and has been rebuilt over the years in various Gothic phases. Situated on a hill this magnificent cathedral can be seen for miles around.
Renowned for its stunning medieval architecture, intricate details and towering presence. The cathedral was once the tallest building in the world reaching 160 metres high after an expansion in 1311. It held the title for two and half centuries until the spire collapsed in 1549.
Ceramic Tile With Easel
Each ceramic tile is made from an original painting by North East Artist Emily Ward.
Each tile comes with it’s own wooden easel so your tile is easy to display.
There is a cork backing on each tile and each tile is individually wrapped in a cellophane bag.
All ceramic tiles are individually printed so there may be a slight variation in colour tones.
Ceramic Tile including the wooden easel is 15cm high x 10cm wide.
