Bridge over the River Dee was thought to have been built around the 16th century. There has been a bridge at llangollen since 1284. Traditionally the stone bridge has been attributed to John Trefor (Bishop of St Asaph 1346-1357).
The bridge is a Grade 1 listed building and is one of the seven wonders of Wales
Llangollen is in the county of Denbighshire in the North East of Wales.
