Emily Ward has created a beautiful collection of Christmas card. Each Christmas card is made up of eight local North East landmarks. She has chosen to support the charity Fostering Under Newcastle and some of the profit from each sale will go to the charity.
North East Landmarks
Emily’s Christmas card is made from eight original paintings. Sycamore gap, Lindisfarne Priory, Angel of the North, Tommy Seaham, St Mary's Lighthouse, Warkworth Castle, Tyne Bridge, Bamburgh Castle.
The card has a gold square with Merry Christmas on, in the centre of the card.
Fostering Under Newcastle
Emily is supporting the charity Fostering Under Newcastle. In lieu of the closure of the North East Homeless Charity, all monies raised will be donated instead to Fostering Under Newcastle.
Fostering Under Newcastle, FUN, is a voluntary organisation and a registered charity. We have a dedicated group of volunteers who have formed a committee and throughout the year we organise events and activities for Newcastle Carers and for the children they care for. FUN is run by a group of Foster Carers for Foster Carers. The clue to what we strive and hope to achieve is in our title, FUN!
