Neist Point Lighthouse
Neist Point lighthouse
is on the most westerly point on the Isle of Skye. This remote headland provides excellent views over Moonen Bay and out over the Minch towards the Western Isles.
The light from the tower is equal to 480,000 candles and can be seen from up to 24 miles away. The lighthouse tower stands 142 feet above sea level and is 62 feet high.
