Northumberlandia Ceramic tile with easel was an original painting by local North East artist Emily Ward. Commissioned as a six foot high and three foot wide painting by Northumberlandia in 2020. This stunning artwork now has pride of place in the visitor cafe.
Emily’s trademark delicate flowers that border her picture throw warmth and an upbeat feel to this ceramic tile. The various hints of green shading cast depth over “The Lady of the North” as this sculpture is otherwise known.
