The beach huts in Scarborough
on the east coast of Yorkshire were built in 1911. Nowadays 150 brightly coloured beach huts line the North Bay promenade and are available to rent.
Scarborough has always been a popular seaside town for holidaymakers and has attracted visitors for over 400 years.
