Emily Ward has created a beautiful collection of South Shields to Sunderland Christmas cards. Each Christmas card is made up of eight local South Shields to Sunderland landmarks. Emily has chosen to support the charity Fostering Under Newcastle and some of the profits from each pack of cards will go to this worthwhile charity.
South Shields to Sunderland Landmarks
Emily’s South Shields to Sunderland Christmas card is made from eight original paintings. The Herd Groyne, Penshaw Monument, Tommy Statue Seaham, Boat on the Tyne, Cat and Dog Stairs, Souter Lighthouse, Marsden Rock and Stadium of Light.
Fostering Under Newcastle
Emily is supporting the charity Fostering Under Newcastle. In lieu of the closure of the North East Homeless Charity, all monies raised will be donated instead to Fostering Under Newcastle.
Fostering Under Newcastle, FUN, is a voluntary organisation and a registered charity. We have a dedicated group of volunteers who have formed a committee and throughout the year we organise events and activities for Newcastle Carers and for the children they care for. FUN is run by a group of Foster Carers for Foster Carers. The clue to what we strive and hope to achieve is in our title, FUN!
