The Alnwick Garden
The Duchess of Northumberland commissioned Belgian designers Jacques and Peter Wirtz in 1997 to design the new gardens. The Alnwick Garden
was opened to the public in 2001 and covers 2 acres of land.
The Cherry Blossom Orchard is home to 329 Taikahu trees. There are plenty of wooden swings in the orchard to sit back, relax and admire the beautiful blossom.
