The Alnwick Garden
in Northumberland is a hugely popular visitor attraction. The Grand Cascade was officially opened in 2001 and has been delighting visitors with the 120 jets of water that give off a huge whoosh every half hour .
The Grand Cascade has been described the Central Spine of the garden. Belgian designer Jacques Wirtz’s garden design has made an unmistakable impression on the surrounding atmosphere with a mix of contemporary elements and history.
