The Baltic bone china cup has been produced from original artwork by Emily Ward a local North East artist.
Emily has brought her own unique style of painting to this local landmark old flour mill on the River Tyne.
Emily has painted The Baltic amidst a sea of colour with yellow, pink, purple and blue flowers surrounding the building.

Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art is situated on the south bank of the River Tyne in Gateshead Quays near to the Millennium Bridge.
The converted flour mill which was originally built in the late 1930’s by Rank Hovis, opened in 2002 as an art venue. The Baltic hosts a frequently changing programme of exhibitions and events and provides stunning views of the River Tyne and Newcastle.
