The Blue Bridge at Johnston Gardens ceramic tile and easel is by Emily Ward, an artist from the North East. This art gift is produced locally in her studio near Newcastle.
This art ceramic tile by Emily captures the iconic blue bridge at Johnston Gardens in a vibrant style with colourful dainty flowers lining the bridge.
The bridge, painted in shades of blue and white, gracefully arches over a wooden walkway inviting you to step into the lush garden.
The planks of the wood are depicted in warm, golden tones creating a beautiful contrast with the cool blue railings.

Johnston Gardens in Aberdeen is a beautifully landscaped small city park. The park was gifted to the city in 1936 by the original owners, the Johnson House estate.
The garden has won the Britain in Bloom competition numerous times. The gardens are full of streams, ponds, rockeries, waterfalls and the picturesque blue bridge.
The rustic arched bridge was originally a wooden bridge but has since been replaced. It is in the Japanese themed garden and is a popular spot for wedding photos.
The park is a delightful oasis in spring when it is filled with colour from the rhododendrons, heathers, spring bulbs and blossom.
