Totnes Castle framed ceramic tile has been created from an original painting by North East artist Emily Ward.
This historical landmark has been painted under a sky glowing with soft shimmers of pink and lilac.
Pretty colourful flowers grow in abundance at the base of the rich green mound that the castle remains, proudly stand on.

Totnes Castle, Devon
Totnes Castle
is one of the best preserved and oldest examples of Norman motte and bailey earthworks that are still standing.
There is only one small room remaining in the castle, called the Garderobe, the name derives from the word ‘wardrobe’. It acted as a store room.
Each Framed Tile is hand finished by North East Artist Emily Ward. So although your ceramic framed tile is actually a print, no two tiles are identical. Emily hand finishes the tiles by adding extra paint to the ceramic tile.
The framed tile appears as if it is floating inside the frame.
Frames are available in White and Black Frames.
Each frame is 27 x 27 x 5cm
Colours may vary as each tile is printed individually.
